Return Policy

Custom products are final sale.

Non-custom products may be returned for a refund if they are unused and in their original condition.  

Please contact support@shopheylil.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Returns are eligible if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and Hey Lil does not cover the cost of returns.  $10 for shipping in the continental U.S. will be deducted from your refund amount. Rates outside of the continental U.S. will vary. 

Please fill out the form that is provided within your shipment.  A confirmation email will be sent when your package is received and your refund has been completed .  Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear back in to your account once processed. 

Hey Lil is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of purchase and tracking number for the shipping carrier.

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible and changes or modifications cannot be made to orders once they have been placed. If you would like to cancel your entire order or make change, please email support@shopheylil.com within 30 minutes of the order time. Past the 30 minute grace period, we are unable to guarantee the cancellation of your order.

If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item please contact customer service within three business days of receiving the package at support@shopheylil.com and include photos in order to resolve the issue.

Promotional codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined.
