Orders are normally processed within 24-48 business hours. Merchandise on non-custom orders ship within 3 days. Custom orders may take up to 10 days to ship. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4-10 days.

The cost for shipping is $6 for orders under $149.99. Free shipping is offered for orders over $150 for shipping addresses in the contiguous United States.

Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers.
There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer two day or next day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military bases.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number after your order has shipped.
Hey Lil is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost or stolen packages. We do not refund or replace shipping fees or merchandise. If you have not received your package when it says it's been delivered please contact the shipping company directly.
Hey Lil is not liable for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at checkout was entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address additional fees will apply to re-ship.
